David, the Sommelier
In the restaurant, our sommelier and maître David Picazo (1989) offers a gastronomic service and close to our customers.
David studied in Paradores de Turismo and Escola d’Hosteleria de Barcelona, and has experience in different gastronomic restaurants in Barcelona (EVO, Fàbrica Moritz Barcelona, Follia, Torre d’Altamar). He tries to approach and break the clichés of the world of the wine. He values the figure of the waiter as a communicator and as a channel between the costumers and the kitchen. He works with passion and makes the customers enjoy their experience in our restaurant.
