The chef Joan Font (1967) is a passionate of the cuisine since he was a child, when his father, Antoni Font Alavedra, a recognized chef, transmitted vocation to his sons. Always on the research of new ideas and plates, his cuisine doesn’t let anyone indifferent.

Supported by decades of experience as a chef in different restaurants (Cal Majoral, Hotel Grèvol, Cangrejo Loco, Hotel Bremon, Hostal Jaumet), he stands out for the elaboration of a signature cuisine with local products and careful elaborations that makes us remind the traditional flavors we all remember.
